The Essex County publication that the AAPOA has always used to find out when properties in the county change owners has changed its format. It no longer gives us any contact addresses, so we have no way to get in touch with new owners. The addresses allowed us to send out a “New Owner’s Packet” which contains a great deal of useful information about AuSable Acres, including maps.

If you have recently purchased a home or lot in AuSable Acres, please send me an email to me  through this website and give me your Acres address and your mailing address. I am more than happy to send a packet to you as soon as I receive the information.

If any current owners have new neighbors, please ask them to send me their contact information. They can mail it to AAPOA, Box 8,  AuSable Forks, NY 12912 or send an email through the website. Thanks for your help.
