Well, it seems that another summer is almost over. I hope all of you have had a chance to enjoy the mountains this year.

It is time for the second and last roadside cleanup of the year. It will be this Saturday, August 25th at 9:00 am and we will meet at Lake Eaton. If you have a grabber to pick up litter, please bring it with you.

Next weekend we will have our Labor Day Pot Luck Picnic on Sunday, September 2nd at 2:00 at the lake. Please come, bring family and friends, and a dish to share. Since we are having it on Sunday and Monday is usually a travel day for many, there is no rain date planned. Keep your fingers crossed for good weather!
