Happy Spring Everyone!
The Ausable Acres Spring 2021 Roadside Clean Up is confirmed for Saturday, May 1st. It’s planned as a self-guided event this year which allows you to create your own schedule for pick up. Last time, members were able to take their bags with them and dispose of at home but, in case you can’t, you can leave them behind the pavilion where they’ll be collected and properly disposed of.
NOTE: if you can’t make it on May 1st, please feel free to do so before or after Saturday, May 1st! That said, you’ll have to dispose of your own garbage.
A copy of the active Adopt a Road member list is included below. Should you decide to become a member and adopt a section of your neighborhood road(s) please feel free to contact me. Happy to add your name(s)! In fact, a special plea to anyone able to adopt parts of Ausable Drive between Cross St. and Church St.!
I encourage all active Adopt a Road members and otherwise concerned neighbors, to get started on their cleanup. It would be a welcome sight to enjoy clean pathways and garbage free roadsides! All thanks to you!
