The Lakeside Pavilion Nears Completion.

Thanks to board members/contractors, Loyd Brewer and Phil Dooley, along with volunteers the AAPOA pavilion at Lake Eaton will be usable for our picnic on July 2, 2016.  It is truly a beautiful sight to behold. It began three years ago as an idea and a fund raising campaign. Two years ago the foundation was poured with hookups for later installation of water and electric, if we want it. Construction began this April. We are grateful for the generous support of our members and JLKN’s John Johanson. NYSEG is getting the initial work done for the electric hookup. We plan to add picnic tables, too.  We are keeping an eye on the budget to determine how best to proceed with that. I am attaching a few pictures but you really should see it up close to get a better idea of what was accomplished.
